Thank you for visiting my website. We developed it to provide you with up-to-date information regarding my practice and educate you in some of the functional and cosmetic procedures that are available. I attended Kourosh the Great High School in Gachsaran, a small town in the south part of Iran.

My medical training including the internship was served at Shiraz Univerasity of Medical Sciences (formerly called Pahlavi University) in Shiraz.

I came to Tehran, Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), for my residency in general ophthalmology, which involved diseases in surgery of the eye and surrounding tissues. After completion of my mission in Gachsaran for two years at my private general ophthalmology clinic and Oil Company Hospital, I returned to Tehran for a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive eye surgery at which time I focused my energy in this highly specialized field. I completed a clinical fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive surgery in Farabi and Labbafi-nejad hospitals and started setting-up an Oculoplastic unit in Rassoul Akram Hospital related to TUMS. A year and half experiences in a tertiary referral hospital encouraged me to get another fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive surgery field in the United Kingdom.

I completed a 13-month clinical fellowship in Orbit, lacrimal drainage system and eyelid surgery under supervision of Mr. Beigi, M.D., FRCOphth, FRCS at Norwich University Hospital, sponsored by the Royal College of Ophthalmologists- London and approved by the Postgraduate Dean in Cambridge. I was trained in modern cataract surgery, phacoemulsification under topical anesthesia, while I was in the UK. I completed a certified training course for endoscopic lacrimal surgery held in Ipswich.

Currently I am an associate Professor in clinical ophthalmology, working at Rassoul Akram Hospital affiliated to TUMS, where is a well known hospital in Ophthalmology training and my private office mainly as an Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. I have had some publications and many scientific presentations at different journals and countries, respectively. I am a member of:
